Gingerbread man cookies

Hello beautiful folks! Happy Sunday morning 🙂 I hope you all have enjoyed your magical Christmas.

Gingerbread man cookie is another treasure from Christmas platter, a timeless classic that is deliciously flavoured with lots of spices, brown sugar, butter, molasses. Easy to make and always supple.

My munchkin likes to start with its head first and her reaction were amazing and hilarious when she said "OH NOOOOO". She does not eat much and she doesn't like cookies too. But, this lil man, touch her heart and she ate it. I love her mysterious smile when she saw it.

Well, Christmas is incomplete without Gingerbread man cookies. Cookies are best when these are in deep ginger colour and spicy in flavour. I have used dark brown sugar with orange zest. I love this way, but, you can always mix the flavour according to your preference. This is my kind of gingerbread man cookies and decorating these cookies is a fun part for my munchkin. She helps me a lot.

It made my Christmas so beautiful when she arranged the cookies for the shot.

When it comes to making their lil sweetheart, it's very easy. Cream the butter and sugar, egg or cream, vanilla, next is molasses. Then mix the dry ingredient with spices. [Voila] roll out and cut your cookies by cookie cutter and bake. After baking decorate your Gingerman cookies as you like with simple icing or royal icing. It's totally up to you.

These cookies loaded with a generous quantity of ginger, cloves and cinnamon powder with orange zest. When you eat, every bite is going to start bursting flavours in your mouth.

Every cookie has a secret ingredient, mine cookies having black paper and orange zest with flaky sea salt.

So, enjoy your Gingerman cookies with your favourite beverage while sitting on the sofa and watching your favourite show.

I love the scents of winter and it all about spices. Love the winter 🙂

I am addicted to Gingerman cookies. I mean that seriously. If there are Gingerman, I will devour them.

Happy weekend 🙂
